Kate Macauley, CEO and Founder of Holos Consulting Group, has more than a decade of management consulting and ESG and impact investing experience spanning asset classes, environmental and social themes, risk/return profiles, and organization types. Most recently, Kate led ESG for a $35bn private equity business at Ares Management.

Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs on the inaugural ESG and Impact Investing Strategy team. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2015 through the acquisition of Imprint Capital, a boutique impact investing advisory firm.

 

Previously, Kate worked in management consulting at Oliver Wyman; in commodities at Barclays Capital; and as a volunteer for the World Wildlife Fund in Madagascar. She graduated from Yale University with degrees in environmental engineering and economics.
